Overview

This website, dropstudios.store, is operated by DropStudios, a brand and business of Ma'at Studios LLC, which owns and operates it. In these terms, “DropStudios”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ma'at Studios LLC. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Online store

You must be of legal age in your place of residence, or have permission from your legal guardian, to buy from us. You may not use our products or store for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and prices

We sell digital products: Shopify themes delivered as downloadable ZIP files, and the optional Theme + Setup installation service. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund your payment.

License

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the theme on one (1) Shopify store. You may customize the theme for that store. You may not:

• use the theme on more than one store without buying another license;
• resell, share, give away, sublicense or publish the theme, its files or its code, in whole or in part;
• use the theme, its design or its code to create themes, templates or websites for sale or distribution.

The theme remains the property of Ma'at Studios LLC. If you break these conditions, we may end your license, stop your support and updates, and take legal action.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our live demos, including logos, designs, layouts, source code, text, images and videos, belongs to Ma'at Studios LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Scraping, copying, cloning or recreating any part of it, or using it to train artificial intelligence models, is prohibited without our written permission.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when the payment is not approved or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid, we will refund it in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms. Because our products are digital, all sales are final and we do not refund payments, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Support and updates

Every purchase includes support and theme updates by email at dropstudiosco@gmail.com, for the store covered by your license.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ma'at Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
