Refund policy

DropStudios is a brand and business of Ma'at Studios LLC, which owns and operates it. This policy applies to every purchase made at dropstudios.store, including our Shopify themes (Drop 01 Master, Drop 01 Essentials and Drop 01 Basic) and the Theme + Setup installation service.

No refunds: our products are digital

All our products are digital downloads. A digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, so all sales are final and we do not refund payments.

Before you buy, please open the live demo of each theme on your computer and your phone, compare the versions and write to us with any question. By completing your purchase you accept this policy.

5 business days to request store credit

You can send us a withdrawal request within five (5) business days after your purchase. We do not refund the payment: we give you the full amount you paid as DropStudios store credit, which you can use for any future purchase at dropstudios.store. This applies whether or not you downloaded the theme files.

After those five (5) business days, we do not give refunds or store credit.

Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another person or store.

Theme + Setup

Once our team has started installing the theme on your store, the Setup service is considered delivered and cannot be refunded or turned into store credit.

Problems with your files

If a file is damaged or incomplete, or the theme does not work as described, write to us. We will fix it or send you a working version. Every purchase includes lifetime support and updates.

Write to dropstudiosco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply by email.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
